Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Etcetera as "a number of unspecified additional persons or things." Well, if you are traveling in China through a toll road on a tour bus, you may be considered "unspecified." Yes, there are toll lanes for 2-axle, 4-axle, and then, just etc. This was the first time in my life, I was referred to an "etc." And, yes, that is smog!
